Returns or Exchanges
Unless otherwise specified by Gimmick Easy or under special circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange or return of products after delivery or arrival at destination.
In case of damage, please record the damage by photos and contact our customer service representative within 24 hours after product arrival at email@example.com. Once the claim is confirmed eligible, we shall replace with a new item.
Please retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, packaging box, product labels, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, manuals, product accessories and any gifts for return or exchange. Please ensure all the packaging is in good condition, including the product labels and tags, any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.
Once the order transaction is completed, system will automatically notice merchant for the order details and reserve the items. Apologize for no cancellation or content amendment on all confirmed order.
After our consideration and approval, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card account in 4-6 weeks.
